MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROYCE C. LAMBERTH, Chief Judge.

This action concerns a Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) request by the Electronic Privacy Information Center (“EPIC”) for records held by the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) pertaining to radiation emissions produced by Advanced Imaging Technology (“AIT”) machines used to screen passengers at commercial airports. The parties have filed cross-motions for Summary Judgment. ECF Nos. 9 & 11. The Court will GRANT in part and DENY in part both motions.
