Action for divorce by Henry J. Pierce against Violetta E. Pierce. The trial court dismissed the complaint and entered judgment in favor of the defendant in the sum *416of $5,000, to defray her reasonable costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees. The plaintiff has appealed.
