In an action, inter alia, for a judgment declaring certain rights in relation to a lease between the plaintiffs and the defendant, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Delaney, J.), dated February 8, 1989, which transferred the plaintiffs’ ac*357tion and motion for preliminary injunction to the Justice Court of the Village of Tarrytown for consolidation with a pending eviction proceeding and lifted a temporary restraining order.
