SUMMARY ORDER
Petitioner-Appellant Arrello Barnes appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Garaufis, J.) denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner was convicted in 2000 on two counts of murder in the second degree and two counts of robbery in the first degree for his involvement in the killing of Brian Boyd.
