BORK, Circuit Judge:

Appellants, three labor unions, brought suit in district court to obtain a declaration that a government contract awarded by the Military Sealift Command to Lavino Shipping Company was void and to enjoin the contract’s performance. The district court dismissed the suit, holding that appellants lacked standing. We agree with the district court that appellants lack standing to pursue their claim under the Service Contract Act.
