Carol Murphy brought suit against her automobile insurer, Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (GFBM), seeking to recover the full value of her automobile which she alleged was totalled in an accident, plus attorney fees and penalties under OCGA § 33-4-6 (b).
