Mrs. Kate L. Taylor, individually and as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, James M. Taylor, as plaintiff, brought this suit in the district court of Nueces County against the San Antonio Joint Stock Land Bank, in trespass to try title to recover 450.4 acres of land and for the cancellation of a trustee’s deed, and removal of the same as a cloud from her title; and, in the alternative, for damages.
