Dr. Pamela M. Assalita (Owner) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County (trial court) (1) declaring that she is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a waterline branch deemed to be a limited common element exclusively serving her condominium unit located at Midtown Square in State College, Pennsylvania; and (2) entering judgment against her in the amount of $ 1000.95 for past repairs.
