WUEST, Chief Justice.

Defendant, Jimmy Weatherford, appeals his conviction on two counts of murder in the first degree and one count of attempted murder in the first degree. We affirm.

STATEMENT OF FACTS

In early March of 1986, the defendant, Jimmy Don Weatherford (Weatherford), arrived in Rapid City with his common-law wife, Angela Koricanek (Angela).
