h Defendant appeals his conviction and sentence for aggravated obstruction of a highway of commerce on the basis of insufficient evidence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Defendant, Kenneth Washington, was charged on July 25, 2014 in a bill of information with one count of aggravated obstruction of a highway of commerce in violation of La. R.S. 14:96 (count one) and, one count of resisting a police officer .with the use or threats of violence in violation of La. R.S,. 14:108.2 .(count two).
