—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Vitale, J.), rendered July 12, 1978, convicting him of kidnapping in the first degree, conspiracy in the first degree and grand larceny in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal from the judgment brings up *362for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of. the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.
