dissent in a memorandum by Saxe, J., as follows: This appeal, concerning whether defendant is *534entitled to disclosure of information that plaintiff posted on the nonpublic portion of her Facebook page before she deactivated her account, prompts me to suggest that we reconsider this Court’s recent decisions on the subject (see e.g. Patterson v Turner Constr.
