Robert M. Lane, pro se; appeals the district court’s denial of his emergency motion for a preliminary injunction (PI Motion). Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a)(1), we affirm.

BACKGROUND

Mr. Lane filed a complaint in Arizona state court alleging (among other things and as relevant to this appeal) that one of the defendants — his sister, Patricia E. Lane — managed DFWU, LLC, whose sole owners were entities representing Mr. Lane’s retirement funds. According to Mr. Lane, she breached her fiduciary duties to him by loaning herself…
