This is an action to cancel two certain deeds and to quiet title to certain real estate in Omaha. The defendants are nonresidents. Service was had by publication. A special appearance was made on behalf of the defendants, and objections to the jurisdiction of the court over the defendants were overruled. Defendants, still reserving the question of jurisdiction, answered, denying the plaintiffs title, and alleging that the title was held in trftst by defendant Adolphus F.
