(After stating the foregoing facts.) The exceptions contained in the main bill of exceptions go to the allowance of attorney’s fees to counsel for the plaintiff in the original petition, and to the assessment of dbsts and expenses, which are in part assessed against the plaintiff in error. The exception to the allowance of attorney’s fees is based upon two distinct grounds.
