DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

This cause was heard upon the record in the trial court. Each error assigned has been reviewed and the following disposition is made:

{¶ 1} Appellant, Eldon Glick, appeals from his conviction in the Wayne County Municipal Court. This Court affirms.

{¶ 2} On January 13, 2006, Appellant was indicted on one count of obstructing official business, in violation of R.C. 2921.31, a misdemeanor of the second degree. The case proceeded to trial before a jury. On May 4, 2006, the jury found Appellant guilty. Appellant was sentenced to one day incarceration and a $500.00 fine.…
