This is an action for breach of warranty and breach of contract arising out of the sale of an auto matic carwash unit to Bre-Bar Developers Co., Inc. Plaintiffs Brenneman and Barnes were the sole owners of Bre-Bar, which has now been dissolved, and are now the owners of the corporation’s assets. Defendant is the manufacturer of the carwash equipment.
The case was tried to a jury. Plaintiffs claimed that they purchased the equipment from defendant, that the equipment failed to work properly, and that plaintiffs have as a result suffered damages in the form of lost operating…
