This litigation grows out of an automobile collision caused by the alleged negligence of the defendant Cordon Herman Redmar. The plaintiff, Leon B. Rail-ton, had verdict and judgment upon two causes of action separately stated in an amended complaint. Upon his first cause of action the plaintiff recovered $490 on account of expense incurred by him for medical serv ices and treatment of Ms six-year-old daughter who was injured in the collision.
