This case has been here before. The last time it was here we remanded the case for the purpose of hearing testimony as to agency.
Plaintiffs sued for damages for the death of their child who was killed by an automobile owned by defendant and alleged to have been driven at the time of the accident by an employee or agent of defendant acting within the scope of his employment. The reasons for remanding the case for further testimony are fully stated in the former decision of this court, reported in 154 So. 400.
