The question presented by these appeals, and the only question, is whether the District Court erred in denying the appellants’ motions to intervene as parties. Because I think the Coúrt’s answer to that question is wrong, and because I think the Court has gone further astray in undertaking to address itself to issues which are not here for adjudication, I respectfully dissent. <•
