In a paternity proceeding, the appeal is from an order of filiation of the Family Court, Richmond County (Meyer, J.), dated October 23, 1979. On the court’s own motion, leave to appeal from the order of filiation is granted (see Family Ct Act, § 1112). Order of filiation reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs or disbursements, order of support dated January 30,1980 vacated, and the matter is remitted to the Family Court, Richmond County, for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
