Plaintiff, Dr. S. O. Benson, sued Houston Packing Company, defendant, for damages alleged to have been sustained by him while inspecting meat in defendant’s packing house, about November 1, 1934, Plaintiff was a veterinary surgeon, employed by the United States Government, and detailed to defendant’s plant for the purpose of inspecting meat, etc., and was working on defendant’s cattle killing floor at the time of his injury.
