In a tax certiorari proceeding challenging the petitioner’s 1982 tax assessment, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Sullivan, J.), dated May 19, 1986, which, after a hearing, denied the appellants’ motion to dismiss the petition for lack of personal jurisdiction.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs or disbursements, the motion is granted, and the proceeding is dismissed.
