delivered the opinion of the court.

This is a writ of error to the municipal court of Chicago, challenging the jurisdiction of that court in entering an order vacating and setting aside a previous order confirming a judgment by confession, and denying a motion to expunge from the record the order of court so entered.

On August 18, 1922, a judgment by confession on a promissory note was entered in the sum of $139.00 and costs against the defendant, Bay Oliver.
