ORDER
HAWKINS, District Judge.
This diversity action came on for trial before the court without a jury on February 22, 1983. The plaintiff was the victim of a brutal assault, robbery and rape while on her honeymoon on Hilton Head Island in Beaufort County, South Carolina. The incident occurred on October 1, 1979, while the plaintiff and her husband were spending the weekend at a motel owned by the defendants.
