—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted of burglary in the second degree, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and criminal trespass in the second degree. He was charged with the unlawful entry of two apartments and the theft of a pad of checks from one of the apartments. The tenant of one apartment testified about the presence of a man in his apartment, and the building manager testified that, when she located and approached defendant in a hallway within the building, defendant raised his arms and said that he had not done…
