NORTHCOTT, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina confirming an order made by the referee in bankruptcy on July 7, 1926, in the matter of W. H. MeElwee, individually, bankrupt, disallowing the claims of the Globe Indemnity Company of Newark, N. J., and the National Surety Company, sought to be filed in said bankruptcy ease.
