The petitioner1 challenges a decision by the Board2 that she was discharged for willful misconduct and that Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law,3 therefore, makes her ineligible for benefits.

The petitioner, who worked at the service desk and operated a cash register for her employer,4 was absent from work for 13 days and was tardy on 14 occasions between January and April of 1979.
