The complaint reveals no diversity of citizenship. The jurisdiction of this court is invoked by the allegation that this is an action “arising under the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, 72 Stat. 731; 49 U.S.C.A., Title Transportation, Sections 1301-End.” It is also alleged that the matter in controversy, exclusive of interest and costs, exceeds the sum or value of $10,000.
