Shurtleff delivered the opinion of the court.

We shall refer to the parties as complainant and defendants. This suit was based upon a bill in equity, praying that the defendants be required to account, an injunction and other relief. There was a hearing and a decree entered under date of July 8, 1925, finding and determining the rights of the parties and requiring the defendants to account.
