The issue presented is whether the court may order, under the circumstances in this case, the sale, pendente lite, of real property held by the parties as tenants by the entirety. Resolution of this *636issue requires consideration as to the continued application of the holding in Grange v. Grange, 160 N.J.Super. 153, 388 A.2d 1335 (App.Div.1978).
