This is an appeal from a judgment on a promissory note.

In its complaint filed on April 24, 1980, plaintiff alleged two causes of action. The first cause was based on a promissory note signed on August 23, 1978 by defendants William Moeller and Jeneane Moeller. The second cause was based on a promissory note signed on May 1, 1979 by defendants William Moeller, David Adams, and Leo Henderson. (Henderson is the sole appellant herein.)
