This is an action brought under section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185 (1976), and section 502 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1132 (1976 & Supp. V 1981). Defendant Robert J. Creason appeals from the district court’s order awarding plaintiffs Mo-Kan Teamsters Pension Fund and Mo-Kan Teamsters Health and Welfare Fund (the Funds) delinquent fringe benefit contributions, with interest, audit costs, and attorney’s fees.
