Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Cholakis, J.), entered August 18, 1983 in Greene County, which granted defendants’ motion to dismiss certain portions of plaintiff’s complaint. 11 Pursuant to a written contract of employment, plaintiff served as pathologist and laboratory director of defendant Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home of Greene County (hospital).
