This case is appealed from a criminal prosecution of the appellant Albert Langford, who was indicted in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Mississippi, upon the charge of embezzlement of certain cattle valued at $240.00. The appellant was convicted on said charge and sentenced to serve a term of six years in the state penitentiary. Prom which judgment the appellant prosecutes this appeal.
