I. Introduction

The above-captioned matter arises from Plaintiff Mary Catherine Baur’s employment as an Attorney Examiner in the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication. Throughout the course of her decade-long term of employment with Defendants, Plaintiff has complained that on several occasions, various co-workers attempted to physically choke/strangle her, and that she has been systematically discriminated against since her employment commenced in 1996.
