After the decision of this court affirming the decree of the court below in overruling the demurrer to the bill (129 Mich. 324, 88 N. W. 882), the defendant Supreme Hive filed an answer and a cross-bill, asking affirmative relief in the nature of an injunction to restrain the complainant from carrying on -its business in those States, Territories, and countries where the-defendant Supreme Hive had organized subordinate hives.
