— This is an appeal from the action of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in denying a petition of the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis. The petition for the writ states that the petitioner was, in said court, found guilty by a jury of the crime of larceny, and sentenced on May 8, 1935, to the Indiana State Prison for an indeterminate period of from one to five years; that an appeal was taken to this court, and the judgment affirmed on May 1, 1936; that some time after May 1, 1936, one Eli Slabaugh confessed the commission of the crime for which the petitioner was found guilty; that, until…
