1Opinion of the Court

BY JUDGE LISA B. KEMLER

Before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”) and Defendants’ opposition thereto. Following an evidentiary hearing on June 13, 2007, the matter was taken under advisement. Having considered the testimony presented and the documents introduced into evidence at the hearing, the parties’ memoranda of law, as well as the factors applicable to a determination of whether a TRO should be granted, I find that the applicable factors weigh in favor of Plaintiff and, therefore, rule that the Motion for a TRO should be granted.
