ORDER ON MOTIONS IN LIMINE

WOODCOCK, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed a motion in limine to exclude evidence of his prior receipt of maintenance and cure benefits and Social Security Disability and Medicare benefits, and to prevent Defendant from offering expert testimony on the issue of liability.
