ORDER
CARDONE, District Judge.
On this day, the court considered Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (“Motion”). For the reasons set forth below, the Motion is GRANTED.
I. BACKGROUND
The instant cause arises from a vehicle roll-over accident that occurred when the driver lost control of the automobile containing Plaintiffs, after the front left tire tread separated.
