*463In a contested, probate proceeding, the objectant appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Suffolk County (Czygier, S.), entered September 28, 2005, as denied her motion for partial summary judgment on her objection to probate alleging undue influence.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
