This appeal presents questions concerning foreign judgments, creditors’ suits, and trusts.
The Maryland Casualty Company recovered judgment in personam in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas against Mrs. Anne Wood Loclier for $13,000, and a nulla bona return was made on the execution issued 'on that judgment. The judgment and return were duly authenticated under the United States statutes. (U.S.C.A. Title 28, § 687.)
