McHUGH, Chief Justice.
The appellant, Marshall Costello, the administrator of the estate of Donna F. McDonald Costello, appeals the September 14, 1994 order of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County which denied, in part, his petition for review of the August 9, 1994 order. The circuit court found in both orders that the arrearage in child support still outstanding at the time of the death of the custodial parent, Donna F.
