—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Barasch, J.), rendered July 2, 1991, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was arrested and charged, inter alia, with two separate counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree as a result of a so-called "buy and bust” operation conducted on two successive days involving the sale of cocaine.
