It was decided upon the former appeal that the lease in question expressly gave the present appellant “a lien upon all the property of the lessee for rent which should remain due and unpaid,” and that the receiver took the property subject to the sa-me terms and conditions upon which it was held by his insolvent, and became bound to pay the rent named in the lease.
