Workman’s compensation case brought by Lois Jacobs, appellee, against Utica Mutual Insurance Company, appellant.

Utica Mutual Insurance Company had in effect a policy of workman’s compensation insurance with plaintiff’s employer, Blalock Nursing Home. On August 22, 1968, Lois Jacobs was an employee of Blalock Nursing Home as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. On such date she allegedly injured her back while aiding a nurse’s aid and helper in lifting a patient.
