BUSSEY, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from the District Court of Major County wherein the defendant, Plouston Donald Harrell, was charged by information with Burglary in the Second Degree; tried by jury who returned a verdict of Guilty; and, from the judgment and sentence of the Court, pronounced in accordance with the jury’s verdict, fixing his punishment at two years in the State Penitentiary, he appeals.

This case must be reversed and remanded, for from the record it appears that the only evidence, other than the testimony of defendant’s two accomplices, connecting him with the burglary…
