Following a hearing, the respondent, Jessica M., was adjudicated delinquent for the offense of aggravated battery. On appeal, respondent asserts that: (1) the State failed to prove her delinquent beyond a reasonable doubt; (2) the trial court erred in refusing to allow reputation testimony about the victim; (3) the court erred in finding her guilty on two counts of aggravated battery, in violation of the one-act, one-crime rule; (4) her sentence of probation must be modified to end on her twenty-first birthday; and (5) the mandatory DNA statute is unconstitutional as violative of respondent’s…
