Plaintiffs Adobe Systems Incorporated and Microsoft Corporation (collectively, “plaintiffs”) brought this action against defendants Michael Feather, d/b/a “Solomon Solutions” and “solomonsolutions.info” (collectively, “Feather”), alleging software piracy in violation of the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq.
